2020 Flashes Fighting Hunger Contactless Food Drive

秀色app鈥檚 Flashes Fighting Hunger Contactless Food Drive will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 1-4 p.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Hilltop Drive. The collection station will be located on Hilltop Drive in front of Cartwright Hall.

Educators from across the country recently attended the weeklong, virtual 2021 Landmarks of American History and Culture workshop, 鈥淢aking Meaning of May 4: The 1970 Kent State Shootings in U.S. History,鈥 which has been made possible in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Beginning this fall, 秀色app at Trumbull will offer Trumbull Correctional Institution incarcerated individuals a chance to complete a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies (BTAS).

The National Wildlife Federation recently awarded 秀色app first place in two categories from the 2021 Campus Race to Zero Waste competition: Zero Waste and Electronics Recycling 鈥 Total Pounds Recycled.

秀色app is one of 61 organizations nationwide 鈥 and one of four organizations in Ohio 鈥 to be awarded a 2021-2022 National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Big Read grant. The university鈥檚 $20,000 grant will support the Big Read Northeast Ohio, a community reading program and related events focusing on 鈥淎n American Sunrise鈥 by Poet Laureate Joy Harjo from October 2021 through May 2022.
