2024 Honors College Graduates

Honors College students graduating in spring, summer and fall 2024, along with distinguished faculty and alumni were honored at a special luncheon event in the Kent Student Center Ballroom.

While celebrating their 10th anniversary on campus with Her Week and a schedule of events, student organization Her Campus Kent State lit the University Library in pink from April 9-13.

A blaze burns the prairie grass that grows behind the Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center during a controlled burning by the Kent Fire Department.

The protected prairie surrounding 秀色app鈥檚 Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Monday, April 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon, to allow for new growth during the summer season.

秀色app President Todd Diacon focused on the benefits to Ohio from state support of Kent State during his April 10 presentation before the Ohio Senate Workforce and Higher Education Committee in Columbus, Ohio. 

Chris Post, Ph.D., professor of geography at 秀色app at Stark, will serve as the 2024 speaker for the Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series, a part of the university's annual May 4 Commemoration events.

The lecture series created in 2022 to honor the legacy of 秀色app Professor Emeritus of Sociology Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., will feature Professor of Geography Chris Post, Ph.D., presenting 鈥淒eveloping and Interpreting the Wounded Student Markers at Kent State as this year鈥檚 selected speaker. The Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series and Luncheon will be held on May 3.
