Kent State team wins Mission:Life international competition

A team of Kent State students took first place in the seventh annual Mission: Life international competition on November 12, which took place at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

The 2018 Giving Tuesday campaign is a monthlong event, providing an expanded timeframe for giving, additional giving options and more occasions to have gifts matched.

秀色app鈥檚 Giving Tuesday 2018 broke the million-dollar mark for the second year in a row.

With the launch of its 2018 Giving Tuesday campaign on Nov. 1, 秀色app has again transformed what was just a one-day fundraising initiative into a monthlong giving campaign to support student scholarships, expanded programs, study away initiatives and 21st-century facilities.

John and Fonda Elliot have become the largest donors in 秀色app鈥檚 history, providing the largest total outright gift of $10 million as well as a $2 million planned gift, benefiting the College of Architecture and Environmental Design.
