First-year Honors College students were invited to meet classmates and enjoy some New Baltimore ice cream, as they gathered at the Honors College Welcome Event and Ice Cream social on Thurs., Aug. 15, to kickoff the start to their collegiate careers. Addressing Microaggressions - Open Registration (1 BC)
Discover how everyday comments and actions can unintentionally hurt or harm someone. Participants will build skills and practice strategies to recognize and interrupt microaggressions.
Mobile Mammograms
Kent State is again working with Women’s Diagnostic Center (WDC) to provide annual routine 3D mammography screenings on-site in WDC’s mobile coach unit September 30th thru October 3, 2024 at Heer Hall, 635 Loop Road, Kent. This annual routine screening is covered at 100% and paid for by your health insurance program. Your mammogram will take approximately 15 minutes.

Each can get a bad reputation in the media, but all are so important for not only athletic performance, but overall health as well! Also, the popular use of GLP-1s (Ozempic) will be discussed.
