House Bill 1219 Process

The 秀色app Police Department decides whether or not to declare 1219.

The Hearing Referee determines if the student is responsible.

If the student is not found responsible, the process is closed. If the student is found responsible, the student's enrollment at 秀色app is terminated, pending court/legal process (go to Court/Legal Process).

The Hearing Referee may choose to reinstate the student. If the Hearing Referee chooses not to reinstate the student, the student is terminated from 秀色app. If the Hearing Referee chooses to reinstate the student, the student is put on closed/strict disciplinary probation.

Court/Legal Process

It is decided if the student is found guilty of the trigger offense.

If the student is not found guilty, the House Bill 1219 hearing decision is rescinded, all House Bill 1219 files are eliminated, and the process is closed. If the student is found guilty, then the student is terminated from 秀色app.

秀色app Student Conduct Process

If the student is not found guilty, the Student Conduct file is eliminated, and the process is closed. If the student is found guilty, educational sanctions are applied.
