Founded as a response to the events of May 4, the School of Peace and Conflict Studies is dedicated to the study of peace, conflict resolution, and civic engagement.
Liberation Learners connects the activism of the past with the leadership of the future, inspiring students to carry forward the principles of civic duty.
Through hands-on civic engagement projects and transformative discussions, students develop the confidence and tools needed to excel in college and beyond.
Each student who completes the summer seminar will receive a college letter of recommendation from their professor and assistance with college applications and planning for the future.
Did you know that an election is coming up? Who are the candidates and what are the issues? We'll be having non-partisan guest speakers out to help you learn the answers to these and more voting questions and learn about the importance of exercising your civic duty!
