East Liverpool – ��ɫapp at East Liverpool received a gift of $25,000 from the family of the late Dr. Roxanne Burns to establish an endowed scholarship. Burns was a longtime biology professor on the East Liverpool Campus who helped organize several activities on campus, including the annual Environmental Justice Conference, and was active with numerous student organizations.  The Dr. Roxanne Burns Endowed Scholarship was created through a monetary gift from Emily Burns, daughter of the late professor. WKYC TV featured Flock for a story on the growing interest in drones and Kent State’s minor in unmanned aircraft systems.
