Rebecca Nugent
Graduate Assistant
Rebecca Nugent (she/they) currently serves as the Graduate Assistant within Kent State鈥檚 LGBTQ+ Center. She is a 2024 Kent State alum with a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Communication Studies and is now enrolled in the Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs Master鈥檚 program. Through their work in University Housing and other related student organizations, they have garnered a passion for working with students and creating positive university experiences. They are so excited to learn more about the field while also working and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of work and school, her favorite hobbies include reading, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends.
