Kent International Leaders Network
KILN strives to help international students adjust and thrive in life in America by
- Building a community of people that welcomes anyone, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, and/or ability.
- Having regular events for people to learn about the culture in America while also learning about how it compares with other cultures.
- Participating in recreational activities that include but are not limited to a yearly camping trip, dinners, dance parties, and holiday celebrations.
- Helping with needs that international students have that include but are not limited to finding housing, completing taxes, and obtaining transportation.
- Creating an atmosphere to explore and learn about world religions in a space where everyone’s beliefs are respected.
