Wall of Fame Banquet 2014

��ɫapp at East Liverpool recognized the academic achievements of numerous students, esteemed alumni and supporters of Kent State during its annual Wall of Fame Honors Award Banquet.

Dr. Stephen Nameth, dean of the Kent State Columbiana County campuses, welcomed the students, esteemed guests, their families and several faculty members, while emphasizing the important role each relationship plays in measuring success at a university. He also acknowledged the many first generation college students at the event, himself included, and the importance of bridging that gap.

OTA & PTA Programs to Host Virtual Continuing Education Event

Looking to better prepare fieldwork and clinical instructors and educators for working with Generation Z students, the ��ɫapp College of Applied and Technical Studies' Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) programs will host a joint virtual continuing education session for licensed practitioners on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024.

Summer Fun with Psychology

For a group of elementary students from the Salem area, this past summer was not a time to take a break from learning. Instead, they participated in a series of workshops that introduced them to the science of psychology in fun and interactive ways.

Kent State Salem Announces President’s, Dean’s Lists Spring 2024

Dr. Brad Bielski, interim dean of ��ɫapp at Salem, announced those students named to the Spring 2024 President’s and Dean’s lists. To qualify for the President’s List, students must have a 4.0 grade point average and must have completed 15 hours during the semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a 3.40 or greater grade point average and must have completed 12 or more credit hours for the semester, the majority at the Salem Campus.
